Payment data: Subscription billing information processed through Paystack. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Paystack and subject to their privacy policy.

• Process and manage spend approval requests within your organisation
• Send email notifications related to your requests and approvals
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send important service updates and security notices

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Session-based authentication with automatic expiry
• Role-based access controls limiting what each user can see and do
• Audit logging of all significant actions within the platform

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:

• Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation
• You may export your data at any time during this period using the CSV export feature
• After 90 days, your company data will be permanently deleted from our systems

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations

• Paystack — subscription payment processing

ApprovGD is a business tool intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
